Who We Are

History of Company

T2S C.A.R.E.S. was founded in 2024 with a profound commitment to combat the escalating global mental health crisis. Our mission extends beyond traditional borders, addressing the urgent mental health needs within local and national communities. In 2018, our parent company, T2S Enterprises, pioneered an in-school mental health services program, shifting from conventional in-office services to a more integrated community approach. This initiative revealed a critical demand for sustainable mental health care, not only for students, but also for their families, faculty, support staff, and the broader communities that nurture them.

As we broadened our outreach to neighboring communities, the urgent need for accessible mental health care became increasingly apparent. Our organization responded with innovative, sustainable solutions tailored to the unique cultural needs of each community. The COVID-19 pandemic intensified these needs, showcasing our capacity to build global mental health infrastructure. Today, with the collaboration of dedicated community stakeholders worldwide, T2S C.A.R.E.S. is emerging as a trusted partner in advancing mental health for every individual around the globe. Join us in our mission to create a healthier, more resilient world for all.

Spirit HeadshotFrom the very beginning, Dr. Spirit has always held a profound passion and commitment to the mental health and well-being of others. Her lifelong dedication to mental health has already transformed countless lives and communities across the world. At a young age, Dr. Spirit saw firsthand the impact of community service through her parents’ dedication to serving those in their community. This early exposure instilled in her the belief that helping others was a natural part of life. Dr. Spirit’s journey in mental health began in elementary school when she was one of 10 students selected to launch her school’s first peer counseling program. Recognizing the profound impact of early intervention and peer support, she went on to develop similar programs throughout her middle and high school years, including support groups for historically marginalized students. These early experiences ignited a passion that has driven her career and life’s work.

In 2007, Dr. Spirit founded the for-profit social impact company T2S Enterprises, which continues to sit at the forefront of behavioral health, media, marketing, and consulting initiatives related to mental health across the United States. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of how social determinants affect mental health on a global scale. It was the catalyst for her forming relationships with mental health professionals in more than 35 countries across the world. Her global perspective has been crucial in advocating for mental health equity, emphasizing the importance of culturally competent care and, addressing the unique challenges faced by diverse populations.
